God’s Warning System

God’s increase of knowledge that locates us in end-times (Daniel 12:4) enabled modern technology to develop a highly effective tsunami warning system. One is in place in the Pacific Ocean.

The Indian Ocean experiences a tsunami approximately every 100 years. Even though another tsunami was about due, the governments on the Indian Ocean rim decided each of the last 3 years not to build this advance warning system.

What was the warning system provided by God before modern technology? Animal behavior! Research carried out in China reveals that unusual animal behavior is an effect warning system predicting destructive calamities of nature. Prior to the earthquake/tsunami of 1969 (magnitude 7.4) in the Pohai Sea, unusual behavior was noticed among Pandas, deer, yaks, tigers, etc. at the local zoo. A warning was finally issued two hours before the earthquake struck. Two hours warning would have enabled the Indian Ocean tsunami victims to escape to higher ground.

In January 1975 thousands of reports of unusual animal behavior were received. This activity intensified during the first 3 days of February. On February 4, 1975 an earthquake (magnitude 7.3) struck Harching County, Leaoning Province. Many more examples mark unusual animal behavior as God’s warning system built into nature itself. Since the dawn of history, humanity had a close association with animals, domestic and wild. Human’s learned to recognize this warning system for survival provided by their animal friends.

News reports have observed few dead animals in this latest tsunami.
